About
The 9 Muses is a traditional greek holiday
estate of individual holiday units, the resort offers a very high
quality of service and seclusion second to none on Patmos. Sapsila
bay is one of the most private areas on the island, and the views
towards the Aegean sea are breathtaking.
Offering a combination of sophistication and yet retaining the traditional
colour of the area, allowing our guests to get away from their normal

The Island
The muses where ancient goddesses daughters of Zeus, known from
ancient history to eb ones to keep the harmony of the spirit and
sole and the balance between human and nature. Following the traditions

Island by Island description
Erato
A double unit with an old style king size bed. Spacious with traditional
decoration, two large verandas with view to the sea and pool. Full
guest amenities and room facilities.
Terpsichore
A triple unit with two rooms, spacious with two verandas wwith private
gardens, sea view and private parking. Full guest amenities and
room facilities.
Kalliopi
A Quadruple unit with indoor stairs that lead to a second level.
Traditional decoration with individual furnishings, a large private
veranda with sea view, sunrise view and pool view.
Efterpi
A double unit with an old style bed. Spacious room with two verandas
and panoramic view to the sea and pool. Full sunrise and sunset
views. (Recommended as honeymoon suite)
Thalia
A romantic quadruple unit. Two floors with views to the sea. Private
veranda with garden.
Urania
A quadruple unit with a individual seating and sleeping areas. A
private veranda, with a rocky outcrop. Sea view and sunrise views.
Private garden.
Klio
The smallest double unit facility and yet considered unique in its
own way with spacious verandas and views to the sea from the bed.
Full guest amenities and room facilities.
Poliminia
A private double unit close to the pool area. Spacious indoors and
large veranda with private garden. View to the sea from the bed,
relaxing seating area and full guest amenities and room facilities.
Access for disabled.
Melpomeni
A very private triple unit with large veranda, private garden and
sea view. Two rooms with a connecting door, full guest amenitites
and room facilities. Access for disabled.

The Pool
Enjoy gourmet salads and your favourite cocktail while swimming
at the pool area and sunbathe while taking in the breathtaking view.
The pool bar is open from 6am to 12pm at night with a full bar service
if required. Special meals can be cooked to order.
The Food
Try both traditional and international food, cooked by our chef
at 9 muses! Once a week you can enjoy food from different countries
of the world. Enjoy them all at 9 muses and feel like you are surrounded
by the culture of each country.
Private dinners at your veranda is an unforgettable experience for
couples or even families. Choos the food you like and pick a time
you want to be served in the evening by your personal waiter and

The Gardens
The special lounge bar of the 9 muses resort offers traditional
decorations in combination with the subtle lighting in the evening
allow guests an option of habitat over and above the verandas in
each unit. In the mornings guests can enoy their breakfast while
taking in panoramic views of the pool, thesea and the north east
part of the island.

captain will drive you across the sea smoothly and in comfort.

Hire a helicopter via our concierge to fly to near by islands or
even the Athens and enjoy the view of the Aegean beauty. A limousine
or car will be wating for you when you land.
Fishing
Spend a lovely afternoon with an experienced fisherman. Learn through
his knowledge and practice yourself whilst drinking Ouzo and eating
traditional snacks.
Cruises
Enjoy the boat trips our management organises! Individual taverns
are found in the small islands we visit near Patmos. It's a day
long boat trip that promises a lot, get to see the dolphins.
